Preparation - We are purified through the Refiner's fire
Pentecost - Jesus came to bring the fire released at Pentecost
Process - Fire is not a "thing" but a "reaction"
Purpose - Fire burns for a purpose: to receive the sacrifice
Purity - We must put a difference between the holy and the unholy;
"strange fire" is unacceptable to the Lord
Passion - God's motivation for all He does in our lives is His incredible
love -- His desire for intimacy with a pure, devoted lover
Parting with hindrances - in our own lives, and in the way our lives may
hinder others
Promotion - God uses fire to promote
